Hosts were very responsive. Close to so much in San Juan, and about 30-40 min to the rest of the area metro. Older house but kept up decently. A little low on plates/utensils for large groups. We wish we would’ve known there wasn’t a range…there’s cooktops but no ovens in the units. I’d recommend this home to others!!

I had such an amazing time! Jose truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable from start to finish. He wasn’t just a great host, he felt like a genuine guide for the whole experience. He gave us awesome suggestions for places to go and things to do, and they all turned out to be fantastic. The rental company Jose suggested was totally worth it, clean, comfortable, and customized to my needs again from start to finish. Jose really took the time to make sure everything was just right. And when I accidentally left my luggage behind, he didn’t hesitate to Uber it to me and communicated with me. That kind of thoughtfulness put me COMPLETELY at ease. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be referring others too. Thank you, Jose!

Overall experience was awesome nothing to complain about we had 9 people and there was more places to sleep than advertised. Host responded quickly and was very flexible with check in and check out times. The location is perfect there is places that are walkable and close cheap Ubers to placita and old San jaun.

We had a pleasant stay at Kate's place. The location offered a unique glimpse into the local neighborhood and lifestyle, which we appreciated. Kate's quick responses and helpfulness were standout qualities during our stay. However, we encountered a few minor challenges. The bedding provided had some limitations, including thin and insufficient sheets, as well as a shortage of pillows. These aspects could be improved for future guests' comfort. Despite these small inconveniences, we enjoyed our time and appreciated Kate's efforts to ensure our comfort

My experience at Jose’s place was very comfortable. It was like I was transported into being a local, which is very satisfying to me. The location is close to the highway, 12 minute walk to the train, close to well rated and walkable restaurants and up the block from late night eats and drink. I felt safe walking through the neighborhood at any time of the day or night. Jose was around in person through my stay at different times of the day - He’s a great guy, well-rounded, and accommodating. His staff is friendly and helpful. Kathy is a gem and so kind. The unit is a large studio space with good AC, hot shower, comfortable bed, and strong Wi-Fi. The kitchen has all the tools you need to cook a meal. The neighbors in the other units are to themselves. Keep in mind you are in the middle of an active neighborhood when concerned about outside noise.. if any at all. If vacancy allows here in future I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

My family enjoyed the stay. Such comfortable beds. Entire house stayed cool. loved the out door seating shaded and priviate. Only thing i would recommed is shower matts. the shower are real slippery. we stopped at walmart and got one. Would love to stay again. everythu g was 15 to 20 mins from this place.
