Roomy 5 bedroom cabin with TWO Master Bedrooms, Bunk Room, Game Room featuring a POOL TABLE & Fireplace, Living room w/ cozy sofa, lots of blankets and large TV for watching movies by the fire. This is the perfect home to host a family gathering, ski/snowboard trip or other get-together. 15 Minutes from Lake Arrowhead Village, 13 Minutes from Snow Valley Mtn Resort & 35 Minutes from Big Bear Mtn Resort. 8 Minutes from Sky Park/Santa's Village w/ Mountain biking, ice skating, zip lining & more!

The space
Our 3 story cabin is perfect for larger groups as well as smaller families/groups that want to spread out. There are floor layouts for each level at the end of our photos

There are 5 bedrooms with 11 beds, plus 2 queen air mattresses and a very comfy couch on the 2nd floor
1st Floor:
- Master Bedroom with en-suite luxury bathroom with a claw foot soaker tub
- Bunk Room with 1 double bunk, and 1 triple bunk (all mattresses are twins, sleeping up to 5 in the room)
2nd Floor:
- Master Bedroom with En-Suite Bathroom with Jetted Tub and King Size Bed
3rd Floor:
- The Birch Room - bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin with a birch tree theme
- The Plaid Room - bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin with a plaid theme

There are 3 living spaces:
- 1st Floor: pool table room with gas fireplace, TV equipped with an Apple TV, and a Kitchenette with a mini-fridge and sink
- 2nd Floor: Living room with huge sectional, fireplace, 60” TV equipped with Apple TV, dvd player and sound bar for great movie nights
- 3rd Floor: Living room with bookshelf that has books for kids and adults, as well as lots of board games!

The kitchen is spacious with plenty of room to cook a big meal! The space includes:
- Island with bar seating
- 6 burner stove with a griddle and TWO ovens that can be heated to different temperatures.
- Full size fridge with bottom drawer freezer
- Huge pantry
- Pot and pans
- Cooking utensils
- Serve-ware
- Dishes, glasses & silverware

Guest access
You will have your own pool table, lots of board games for family game night. Washer and dryer to clean up your clothes after playing all day in the snow. A dishwasher to ease the work load after a big family/friends dinner.

Other things to note
If there is a lot of snow, the county will make a chain requirement for the road leading up the mountain. Most commonly, 4x4 vehicles will be required to HAVE chains in the vehicle, non 4x4 will be required to INSTALL chains on the tires. The drive to our cabin is very simple and all roads are maintained and snow plowed regularly in heavy snow.

Our driveway is kinda steep, but is accessible by most standard clearance vehicles. We have parking for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted by the county.

Pets are allowed, but no cats as we are allergic. There’s is a $200 pet fee. Many dogs are wonderfully house trained, but new settings can throw them off. And extra cleaning is required even with the cleanest of pets. If you include pets in your guest count when booking, Airbnb adds the pet fee automatically. If you do not do this when booking, we will send a separate payment request.

Neighborhood highlights

There are fantastic views from the cabin and during the scenic drive on the way up the mountain. The first breath of fresh mountain air when you get out of the car is crisp and refreshing. The smell of pine trees and chirping birds surrounds the cabin immerse you into the mountain of experience.

Centered in between all of the best mountain resorts including Arrowhead, Big Bear, Snow Valley, and Sky Park, it is a true mountain getaway.

There are lots of local areas for free snow play only minutes away. Come relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
