Old cabin in central Storuman directly by the lake close to outdoor activities such as fishing, boating and trail walking. If you pick berries or catch fish you'll appreciate the large freezer. Cook you own meals in the fully equipped but worn kitchen. Our cottage is ideal for experiencing what Storuman has to offer or just sit back and do nothing. Guest access
You will have the entire cottage for yourself, the car parking is situated next to the cabin. From the porch there is a grass ramp that leads to a lower lawn were there is a fence gate. Open it and you come to a small bay, some boat garages and a green area with a football goal and lots of space. The lawn is private, but if you ask permission you may access the docks or the fire place.

Other things to note
The cabin is self-serviced which means that guests bring their own linens and clean after themselves at departure. The cabin "Sista styvern" is built 1971, under our ownership we have refurbished the bathroom and bedroom. The roof is new and mounted with solar power.

From the cabin you can see water on two sides. To the south is our neighbors house and to the north is our house. If you walk down to Strandvägen traffic intensity is low, you can walk along the water for several kilometers or you can walk 700 meters to buy dinner in our towns two grocery stores that are open until 9 in the evening.

Family man and active association person who appreciates things happening around me. My farmhouse is called Sista styvern and that we offer visitors to rent for their trip or stay in Storuman. In my spare time I renovate our 1920s villa, read a lot about local history and when the weather is good, I go out with the boat and try to catch a grayling or rainbow. My goal is for you as a customer to feel satisfied with the accommodation and your stay here, in the gem of Storuman, which has a lot to offer. I provide quick answers to questions and try to resolve the visitor's requests. As my children get a little older, I also hope to use Airbnb to discover more of the world. I don't have a pronounced philosophy of life but my grandmother used to say that the shoes should be tied and polished.
