Northern lights experience

BirgitRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A big thank you to the hosts! We felt very comfortable and spent 2 wonderful vacation weeks. Pure solitude and a fantastic place to see the incredible Northern Lights. We felt very comfortable in the cozy accommodation. Very well equiped kitchen. We used the sauna every day after long walks through the wonderful winter landscape in sometimes very cold temperatures. Highly recommended if you need a break from civilization. Robert personally welcomed us at a late hour and then guided us through the house with a lot of information. Northern lights alarm triggered and looked that there was enough wood for the sauna. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Family friendly house in Kiruna

LeaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Emelie was a very nice and helpful host and was always easy to reach! The house was super nice and clean with a very spacious kitchen and living room that had everything that you need. The area is very quiet and family friendly with a supermarket super close by (5 mins walking distance). You can reach the city centre and other spots pretty easily by bus. If you want to see the northern lights, going to a location further out by bus or car is recommended.

Your home away from home

StacyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
This cabin is centrally located to all the area has to offer including the Ice Hotel, Kiruna, and all outdoor activities. The owners live adjacent to the house and represent all things that AirBnB started out as. They are social, kind, and so much fun to hang out with. Check in was a breeze, the cabin was clean, and comfortable. Ingemar does have some projects going on outside so there was some clutter in the backyard but didn’t affect our stay whatsoever. We look forward to returning for a fishing trip!!

We had a great stay at Patricia’s cottage! She was such a great host, very helpful with suggestions and very friendly and available! Also, the place is really nice and cozy, close to some beautiful woods, which was perfect for us as we could see the northern lights directly from home! We’ll definitely come back!

House

Jerry was great and even brought over a new hair dryer when we found out there wasn’t one. The house was warm and very well equipped. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor which was extra convenient for 4 people.
