The villa is located in Capo d'Arco, a vast private area 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 km from Rio Marina, which can only be accessed with permission.
Very bright and overlooking the cliff, with a 180° sea view, the villa allows you to live outside, thanks to the large terrace equipped with a living area, 2 dining areas (one on the patio and one on the terrace overlooking the sea), and the magnificent private pool overlooking the bay. The space
Built in the late 1960s, the Villa has an area of about 260 square meters on several levels and designer furniture. Published in the magazine "Abitare" the following year, it is immersed in a park of 6000 square meters, sloping down to a few meters from the sea and largely bordered by a hedge in pitosforo.
