The space
Simpli Devine Casita – Your Peaceful 500 sq ft Escape
This charming casita offers a full kitchen, a king-size bed, and a spacious 400 sq ft deck—perfect for relaxing mornings or cozy evenings. Early risers can sip coffee to the sound of birdsong, while evenings invite you to unwind with a glass of wine under the stars.
Fire up the 50" propane grill on the deck to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner al fresco. All grilling essentials are provided. Inside, the kitchen is equipped with a mini stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, and a Cuisinart 2-in-1 coffee maker for lattes, cappuccinos, or a classic brew. Meals can be enjoyed at the inviting kitchen island.
The living room features a 55" Smart TV and an electric fireplace—perfect for cozy movie nights or curling up with a book. The sofa easily converts into a full-size bed for extra guests.
End your day in the comfy king-size bed with plenty of pillows. Enjoy conveniences such as bedside light switches and nightstands with USB and C-port charging ports. The bedroom also has its own mini split AC to keep you cool during the hot Texas summers.
As the sun sets, gather under the glow of bistro lights for a game of cornhole or horseshoes.

The casita sits on 14 acres of family owned land. During your stay you will have access to the entire casita and outside porch. We ask that guests don't explore outside of the fenced areas.

Nature
There is fencing around our baby trees to protect them from the deer or other animals that like to snack on them. We are located out in the country so you may run into some wildlife animals big or small. Although we try our best to keep bugs and critters away from our house you may encounter some during your stay.
Pets
Due to wildlife and livestock in the area, we do not allow pets on the property.
Well Water & Septic
Please be mindful what goes down the drains, as there is no garbage disposal. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.
