The space is ideal for the whole family or couples seeking relaxation, comfort, tranquility and contact with nature. The house is located at the highest point of Nikopolis, on the edge of the village, offering endless views of the Ionian Sea, Ancient Nikopolis as well as the Ambracian Gulf which is one of the national parks of Greece.
Monolithi, one of the largest beaches in Europe with fine pebbles, is 2.5 km away, featuring organized beach bars.

The space
The 100 sqm house has an air-conditioned living room with a corner sofa, dining room and fireplace, a comfortable kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances as well as a four-seater dining table, three air-conditioned bedrooms as well as a spacious bathroom with a washing machine. In addition, protective bed rails are provided as well as a playpen with a baby mattress if needed.
All rooms have balcony doors and windows with curtains.
