The space
This new fully remodel estate is very spacy with open floor plan. The home is 2200 sf with all new furniture, all new bedding. It has great size back yard with pool, jacuzzi also new outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. The gated pool can give guest with kid a peace of mind. This home closer I 210 LA, Arboretum, Sant Anita Race Track, Old Town Pasadena, Rose bowl, JPL, City of Hope, 20 minutes to Down Town LA, China Town, Staple ,Sofi, Dogger Stadium and many more LA attraction and beaches within 35 mls.

Guest can access to whole house except storage cabinet that locked.

Other things to note
Parking 2 card in the garage and 2 cars in front of the garage. Free street parking from 6 am to 1 am. Free weekend overnight street parking.
Extra car overnight parking is $ 7.00 per car that can be purchase at city of Sierra Madre City hall website. Pinter avaible to print paid permit available at the home.
