This brand-new condo will take your breath away with views of downtown Cabo, The Marina, and the of the Sea of Cortez. Situated within a 15-20 minute walk to downtown Cabo San Lucas and all it has to offer.

The space
Siempre has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to enjoy coffee on the patio for sunrise, breakfast at the bar, a quick lunch after hanging at the pool, or a relaxing sit-down dinner. There are plenty of pots and pans to cook with and dishes to serve and eat from. Drinking water is available from a spout at the kitchen sink from an R/O system that also uses ultra-violet light to kill any bacteria. The R/O system also supplies clean water to the ice maker in the full-size refrigerator/freezer.
The Livingroom has a comfy couch and chair to relax and watch your favorite US stations or perhaps a movie from Netflix on the 55” screen tv. The wall sized sliding glass door leads out to the patio with seating for four and the amazing views of downtown Cabo, The Marina and Sea of Cortez, oh yeah….. and the pool. Sunrises from the patio are incredible and show the richest colors of red, orange and yellow.
The patio extends to the Master Bedroom which has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and en-suite with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and built-in closet. The second bathroom next to the guest bedroom also has a large tiled walk-in shower. For your convenience there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
