Perfect for families, golfers and beachgoers, especially those with little ones! There's a well lit outdoor area on the ground floor, complete with ample seating and large tv. Plus Cornhole and Ring Toss!

The space
The home features cozy furniture, a covered outdoor area, and fun extras like beach chairs, sand toys, corn hole, ring toss, and an outdoor TV. Linens are provided, and a ground-level storage unit keeps everything organized.
With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 6 beds, this space sleeps 12 comfortably.

We painted the interior so a refreshing upgrade of grays and some blues!
Bedroom 4 on 3rd floor will sleep 4 - has a queen and full.
Putt-Putt added- 2 small greens will give hours of fun for both a guys trip for golfing at Myrtle or nearby courses and gives you something to do with your kids at the house! PLEASE DO NOT ASH CIGARS / SMOKES ON TURF OR GREENS!
Turf area for cornhole carved out on the turf - regulation (pls keep cornhole on turf area ONLY) Please do NOT play cornhole on putting greens as it will ruin the greens! Thanks!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, minus the Owner's Closets in the 3rd floor Bedroom, under stairs, and on the ground level.
There is a Guest Storage area at the ground level that has beach chairs, sand toys, beach games, and cornhole board / bags. Please keep cornhole off the Putting Greens. Guests also have access to community pool which is located at the entrance of Summer Place on Private Drive.
House doors and guest storage access use code locks so no need to worry about losing any keys!
Beach Access is directly across the street at the corner of Private Drive and First Street. There is ramp access to the Beach at corner of Driftwood Drive and First Street.

It’s time to make that coastal Carolina getaway you’ve been dreaming of a reality at this charming, cedar shake home, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and only steps from the on-site pool. With balconies both front and back, you’ll have no trouble soaking up the sun close to home. If you want to head out to explore the area, you’ll find several restaurants, the Museum of Coastal Carolina, and Ocean Isle Beach Pier just a mile down the road. A gas grill on-site sets the stage for coastal cookouts at home. Covered balconies and a ground-floor patio offer breezy outdoor living at home while you play ring toss and cornhole or watch the game on the wifi-enabled TV.
The bright, cheerful main living space boasts high ceilings, abundant natural light, and an open floor plan that makes it a dream for spending time together. Whip up a mealtime masterpiece in the well-equipped full kitchen, then sit down to share it together at the adjacent dining table. A Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker offer your choice of morning brew options.
After a day on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then head indoors to cool off in the central air-conditioning while the in-home washer/dryer makes quick work of the day’s clothes. Smart TVs in all four bedrooms and the living room offer flexibility to stream all your favorite releases. Plus, all TVs are equipped with local cable service for an added viewing option. The high-speed WiFi offers plenty of access for the whole group to update social media after a day at the beach. For some casual fun, break out a board game for a family game night around the table.
Additional perks include a Pack-N-Play and an assortment of beach gear like boogie boards, located in the closet on the ground floor, and a cart for easy toting. Please use at your own risk.

The house is accessible with a flight of stairs.
Ground Floor
Guest Closet for outdoor equipment, outdoor tv, picnic table, high top table, ring toss, outdoor furniture, cornhole area (pls keep it off the Putting Green), putt-putt / mini golf (we have putters) Weber Propane Grill.
2nd Floor
Bedroom 1 (Queen Bed & Full Bed) and Bedroom 2 (King Bed) are Jack and Jill bathrooms with washer / dryer attached. Bedroom 1 faces the front of the house facing the east. Bedroom 2 faces the backyard and has a sliding door with access to back deck and faces the west. Open Floor Concept with Kitchen that opens up to the Dining Room and Living Room. There is also a 1/2 bath accessible through the Living Room. Screened in porch (facing backyard) is off the Living Room. Back deck has a gate going down to backyard stairs.
3rd Floor
Bedroom 3 (King) has private balcony, faces the backyard and has a limited view of the ocean to the south. Bedroom 3 faces the west. Bedroom 4 (Queen & Full Bed) faces the front of the house and is faced towards the west. Both bedrooms are Ensign suites.
