Sleeps 4- 6 w/pull-out couch & sleeping porch. Outdoor amenities: private backyard, fire pit area w/ seating, lounge chairs, propane grill, outdoor shower, & deck w/ table and umbrella, complete w/ string lights for after-dark enjoyment. Close to Route 28 w/ local & established stores & restaurants.

Having a Cape house was a dream and luckily we found our gem in South Yarmouth. We are enjoying adding our own touches and updates, while keeping the integrity and charm of a Cape Cod cottage.
