Other things to note
In order to maintain the unit and have it prepared for the next guests, we have a strict 10:00 am checkout time. Late checkout will result in a $150 fee.

As per the Seaside Heights Short Term Rental Ordinance, our Beachside Retreat is available to guests aged 25 and older. The primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested. Failure to comply with the borough's rules may result in an immediate termination of the reservation, with no refund.

Guests shall pay for any damages done to the property above normal wear and tear. Please report any incidents as soon as possible.
