Originally designed in 1923 by George Willis, a protégé of Frank Lloyd Wright, this architectural gem has been thoughtfully rebuilt to honor its Wrightian roots while offering modern comfort and whimsical charm.

Your private second-floor sanctuary spans over 2,000 sq ft and features four uniquely themed rooms: the Danish-inspired Chess Room, Mission-style Scrabble Room, 1940s Futuristic Monopoly Room, and the tranquil 1930s Oriental Zen Trivial Pursuit Room. Whether you're relaxing in the Gathering Room with Foozball, and 62" smart TV, or enjoying a game night—just message us to join!—you’ll find plenty of space to unwind and connect.

The retro-modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need (not a stove): microwave, grills, electric skillets, crockpot, coffee pots, snacks, and drinks. Two European-style bathrooms and a 1950s-inspired kitchen add to the nostalgic charm.

Joe and I have a blended family of six kids. What do you do with six kids? You play lots of games! That was the inspiration of Seguin House of Games. We picked our favorite games and created a unique atmosphere to share with future friends. We love poker! What is your poker cardholder? Mine is a pink dragon and Joe an Atari Controller. We share with you our love for movies. We love being outside and have putting green, cornhole, tv on the loggia.
