The fenced in backyard makes for the perfect getaway for your furry friends and kids alike. You can relax on our screened in porch and roast marshmallows by the fire pit! Linens included!

The space
This cottage has been newly renovated with a bright design to make an ideal relaxing spot for your family!

Bedroom One: Master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and a crib that comes with bed linens and a newly renovated ensuite half bathroom.

Bedroom Two: Bedroom two comes with a hand painted mural, along with a queen bed and full bed. The perfect room for kids is equipped with a book shelf stuffed with all the children classics!

Living Room: Living room comes with two comfy couches that can both be slept on and a large 64 inch Smart TV for all your casting desires!

Dining Room: In our open concept kitchen/ dining room, we have a high top dining room table that seats 8. Perfect spot for playing cards and board games!

Kitchen: Our U-Shaped kitchen allows for great family cooking sessions! Stocked with a classic coffee maker, microwave, blender, and various other kitchen appliances.

Screened in Porch: Off of the dining room is a screened in porch. Perfect for relaxing in the fresh air!

Fenced in Backyard: Our backyard is the perfect place for dogs to to run to their heart's content! Newly built fire pit!

Basement: Re-done basement is equipped with treadmill and laundry set up! New Speed Queen washer and dryer.

Other things to note
Our house comes with deeded beach rights to nearby Mystic Lake! Our community shares a private beach with a barbecue area. Our community also has an association basketball court (2 minute walk away). Our association beach allows dogs!!
