There are 2 trash bins, and trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays. No need to worry—our service handles taking out and replacing the bins.

Starter supplies are provided for your convenience. Be prepared to purchase more for the duration of your stay. Supplies include: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, trash can liners, 1 hand soap & face soap per bathroom, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, and a few coffee pods.

REFUNDS:

Guests have full access to the entire home, with the exception of two locked spaces: an owner’s closet in the main-level bathroom and a closet in one of the bedrooms, please do not tamper with this door.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review these important guidelines and local regulations:

OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 10 people total, including children. Only kids are allowed on top bunk beds.
Gulf Shores regulations strictly prohibit exceeding maximum occupancy, as it is a code and fire safety violation. This limit applies at all times—day visits, overnight stays, gatherings, or events. Parties, events, or group activities beyond occupancy are prohibited. Violations will result in a $500 fee.
CHECK-IN: Check-in anytime after 4:00 PM. Early arrival may be possible based on cleaner availability. To guarantee early check-in, a $50–$100 fee applies.
RESTRICTED ITEMS: Candles, glitter, confetti, and hair dye are not permitted. A $100 fee will be charged for any violations, in addition to any cost for damages incurred.
DO NOT WASH SEASHELLS IN THE SINKS, use the outdoor shower. If shells are found in the disposal, a $100 fee will be charged to your card for service removal.
Item Variations in Photos:
Photos are for reference only. Items like lamps, rugs, beach gear, and decor may change due to damage or replacement needs. Room setup and bed sizes will remain as shown. No refunds for these changes.
Beach Gear:
We provide a few beach chairs and a wagon. These items are frequently replaced due to wear and tear, the ones shown in the listing photos may differ from what’s available during your stay. Any beach toys were left by previous guests and are not guaranteed or supplied by us.
PET FRIENDLY HOME:
We welcome your furry friends! While our cleaning team works hard, some pet hair may still be present. All linens are fresh for each stay, but if pet hair is a concern, this may not be the right fit for you. Otherwise, we’re excited to host you and your pets! :)
SERVICE ANIMALS:
It is a criminal offense to knowingly and willfully misrepresent a pet as a service animal under Alabama law.

TRASH:
Trash is collected on Mondays and Thursdays. Please allow our service team to handle this, and avoid moving the bins yourself.
KEY REPLACEMENT:
A $50 fee will be charged for any lost keys. To avoid this, we recommend keeping the key securely stored in the lockbox when you're out and retrieving it upon your return.
SECURITY CAMERAS: For the safety of our guests and the property, security cameras are installed on the front porch and facing the driveway. These cameras will be on and recording during your stay.
The cameras do not face any private areas. Tampering with, disabling, or obstructing the cameras is strictly prohibited and will result in a $100 fee and possible reservation cancellation without refund.

Please observe the beach flag warnings posted throughout Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Gulf State Park for your safety:
Yellow flag: Medium hazard (moderate surf/currents)
Purple flag: Marine pests present — cause mild stings or irritation, use caution (usually Summer-Fall).
Red flag: High hazard (strong surf/currents)
Double red flags: Water closed to public — it’s illegal to enter the Gulf at this time.
