50 steps from the front door sits the community pool. Unlike most Gulf Shores pools that close after Labor Day, this one is open year-round — daily from 8 AM to 10 PM, no access code required.
The Pool Pavilion features restrooms, a splash pad, seating, tables, umbrellas, and lounge chairs. A great option for younger kids, or for days when you want to swim without walking to the beach.

We provide 1 bath towel per guest and all bedding. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.

A few beach chairs and a wagon are available to help haul gear to the water. These items are replaced regularly — photos may not reflect what's on hand. Any beach toys at the property were left by prior guests.
NO GUEST ACCESS
Guests may use all areas of the home except locked, clearly labeled owner’s closets (located in the main-level bathroom and one bedroom). These are private storage areas.

Monthly stays are available from November through February.

HOUSE RULES
BEFORE ARRIVAL
• A signed rental agreement and $200 security deposit hold are required before your lockbox code is released. The hold is placed 1 day before check-in and released 3 days after checkout, provided no damages are reported.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended. No refunds or date changes after the free cancellation period, including for weather or hurricane season (June 1–Nov 30). Insurance, damage protection, and processing fees are non-refundable.
CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT
• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later. Early check-in may be available for $50–$100 — not available during peak seasons or holidays. Lockbox code sent at 3:00 PM on check-in day.
• Checkout: By 10:00 AM. Late checkout: $50/half-hour.
• Key replacement: $50 fee for lost keys. Store the key in the lockbox when you head out.
• Please check for all belongings before leaving — we cannot ship forgotten items.
GUEST POLICY
• Booking guest must be 25+ and present for the entire stay. No third-party bookings.
• Max occupancy: 10 guests total, 6 adults (all guests age 2+ must be listed). Over-occupancy fee: $500. Unregistered visitors: $150/person/night.
• Only children permitted on top bunk beds.
• No unregistered visitors — Gulf Shores fire and safety code requirement. Violations can result in fines or loss of our rental license.
• Open-invite gatherings, excessive noise, and unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited.
• Photos are for reference only. Decor and games may vary. Room layouts and bed sizes remain as shown. No refunds for minor changes.
PARKING
Up to 4 cars in the carport only (height clearance: 106"). No community/street parking. Boats, trailers, RVs, golf carts, and commercial vehicles are not permitted.
QUIET HOURS
10:00 PM – 9:00 AM, mandated by the City of Gulf Shores noise ordinance . $250 fine for violations, loss of security deposit, and eviction without refund.
SMOKING
No smoking of any kind inside or outside the home. Violation: $250 fine + loss of deposit + professional cleaning costs.
SECURITY & DEVICES
• 2 exterior cameras (front porch and driveway) are active during your stay and do not face private areas. Tampering fee: $200.
• Do not tamper with smoke alarms or unplug WiFi routers. $200 fee.
NO GUEST ACCESS
Locked and labeled owner’s closets are not for guest use. Do not tamper with them. Unauthorized access results in a $500 fee.
RESORT POOL

PETS
• Up to 2 dogs (50 lbs or less) with pre-paid $150 fee. Undisclosed pets: $200 per pet.
• Housebroken dogs only. Crate when left alone. Bring your own crate and pet towels.
• No pets on furniture or in bedrooms. Clean up all waste in outdoor bins.
PROPERTY CARE
• No candles, confetti, glitter, or hair dye. Fee: $200 + damage costs.
• Do not wash seashells in sinks — use the outdoor shower. Fee: $200 if shells damage the disposal.
• Showers: keep curtain liner fully inside the tub.
• Toilets: toilet paper only.
• Biohazard cleaning (bodily fluids): $250 fee. Unsanitizable items replaced at guest's expense.
• We have monthly pest control and bed bug inspections. Keep doors and windows closed to minimize pests.
• No refunds for power, internet, or cable outages beyond our control.
• Trash pickup Monday and Thursday — our service team handles the bins.
• Do not move or rearrange furniture.

Guest access
The entire home is yours from the moment you arrive — no check-in desk, no waiting around.
SELF CHECK-IN
Entry is via a lockbox on the property. Your personalized lockbox code will be sent at 3:00 PM on the day of check-in, once your rental agreement is signed and your security deposit hold is confirmed. We recommend storing the key back in the lockbox whenever you head out — a $50 replacement fee applies for lost keys.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
You have full, private access to the entire home — all three bedrooms, four bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, covered deck, resort pool, and outdoor shower.
There are two areas reserved for host storage that are off-limits to guests: an owner's closet in the main-level bathroom and a closet in one of the bedrooms. Both are clearly labeled. We kindly ask that you respect these spaces and refrain from attempting to open them. Tampering with or removing items from storage areas will result in additional charges.

PETS & ALLERGIES
We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs (50 lbs or less) with the applicable pet fee. The home is professionally cleaned between every stay, but as a pet-friendly property, trace amounts of pet hair may occasionally remain. If pet allergies are a concern, this may not be the right fit.
CHECK-IN
Check-in anytime after 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available depending on cleaner availability — a fee applies to guarantee early check in and cannot be guaranteed during peak seasons or holidays. Your lockbox code will be sent at 3:00 PM on check-in day.
HOA pet rules:
• All pets must be leashed at all times when outside the home
• Pets are not permitted on balconies, decks, or carports unless accompanied by their owner
• Pets are not allowed in the pool area
• A pet waste station is located near the back lagoon entrance by the bridge crosswalk — please use it
Please note: under Alabama law, it is a criminal offense to knowingly misrepresent a pet as a service animal.
PARKING — HOA RULES
Up to 4 cars in the carport. Please ensure your vehicle does not extend onto the pavers. Boats, trailers, RVs, buses, golf carts, and commercial vehicles are not permitted on the premises.
Illegally parked vehicles will receive a 4-hour warning. If not moved, a $250 boot will be applied at the vehicle owner's expense. If unresolved within 8 hours, the vehicle will be towed at the owner's expense.
BEACH GEAR

RESORT POOL — HOA RULES
The pool is open daily 8:00 AM–10:00 PM, 50 steps from your front door — no access code needed. Gates are locked between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Additional pool rules per HOA:
• No glass containers in the pool area
• Food and drinks are permitted on the pool deck but not while in the pool
• No rough or boisterous play in or around the pool
• Do not climb the fence or gate to access the pool
• Maximum 50 people inside the fenced pool area
• No lifeguard on duty — all guests swim at their own risk
• Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times
• No smoking in the pool area
GRINDER PUMP
This home uses a grinder pump system. Please only flush toilet paper — no wipes, feminine products, or trash of any kind. Misuse may result in repair costs charged to the guest.
RESTRICTED ITEM
Candles, confetti, glitter, and hair dye are not permitted inside the home. Please do not wash seashells in the sinks — use the outdoor shower.
SECURITY CAMERAS
Two exterior cameras are located on the front porch and driveway. They are active during your stay and do not face any private areas. Tampering will result in a fee and possible eviction without refund.
TRASH
Pickup days are Monday and Thursday. Please do not move the bins — our service team handles everything.
BEACH SAFETY — FLAG SYSTEM
Please follow the Gulf Shores beach flag warning system during your stay:
• Yellow — moderate surf and/or currents
• Purple — dangerous marine life present (common Summer–Fall)
• Red — high hazard, strong surf and/or currents
• Double Red — water closed to the public (entry is illegal)
