Starting at $285/night, Our family and pet-friendly lakefront home on Lake Keowee is just minutes from Seneca , SC. A quiet cove ,deep water,and a private dock. Effortless lake days with level entry into the water—ideal for kids and adults alike. 3 kayaks, life jackets,and swim toys — you can paddle, explore, or simply relax on the water. Screened porch and fire pit is perfect for families, friend groups, and fans of Clemson University—whether you’re in town for student visits, or football games

The space
The outdoor space is designed for gathering and unwinding. A large deck overlooks the lake and features two 4-person dining tables plus two comfortable loungers. In the evenings, head down to the fire pit for s’mores, stories, and peaceful lakeside stargazing. A spacious three season porch offers additional seating for up to eight, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or shaded afternoon lounging.

This quiet cove is a perfect location for a family get away. With three Kayaks, firepit, and easy water and dock access this will make family memories to talk about for years to come. This one story home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on main level( 1 King, 2 queens) and the bonus room ,above garage ,has two twins and queen futon. This home has a large living room with great water views and a perfect napping spot after playing or just enjoying watching all the lake activities.

It’s the ideal blend of quiet lake living and convenient access to all the action of Clemson, hiking, and Seneca -Jazz on the Alley.

$100 pet fee( dogs only, 50 lb limit, max of 2 pets)
No parties as this is a nice quiet neighborhood.

Please review all water safety tips:

Parents and children review Water watcher book found with welcome book and have an adult wear water watcher wrist badge whenever children are near the lake.
Please use life jackets when kayaking.
Swim toys we provide are not enough to prevent drowning , life jackets provided need to be worn if in deep water to prevent drowning accidents.

Guest access
You will have full access of the home yard and dock. Plenty of privacy with 1 acre lot. Room to park your boat along side of dock.

Other things to note
Minimum age of at least one guest present is 24 years old. ** copy of ID with drivers license blacked out, and RENTAL AGREEMENT must be signed wishing 48 hours of confirmed booking. Must be completed prior to check in info being provided. *** Please send me a message if you would like to review the agreement prior to reserving.

No smoking anywhere on property( inside or outside).

Maximum Occupancy: 8 Guests
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time is eight (8), including children and visitors.
Exceeding this limit is not permitted and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
We have exterior cameras monitoring driveway, front , and back doors

Max of 2 dogs( one pet fee $100).Dogs must be under 40lbs, no exceptions.
Pets – Safety Restrictions
Only dogs disclosed at booking and approved by the host are permitted.
Dogs that are aggressive, dangerous, or restricted by local law or the host’s insurance policy are not allowed. Any dog with a history of aggressive behavior is prohibited.
Unauthorized pets or unsafe animals may result in immediate removal and cancellation of the reservation without refund.

The boat ramp is for non-motorized launch ( kayaks,SUP,canoe etc) ONLY
