This 2 bedroom updated cabin with bonus loft (3 bed total) for additional sleeping space is located on a quiet cul-de-sac at Schuss Mountain in Shanty Creek Resort. The resort includes year round excitement including 5 golf courses, restaurants, skiing, hiking trails, and multiple indoor/outdoor pools. The town itself has unique shops as well as great local food and beverage options. Bellaire is also near popular destinations including Traverse City, Petoskey, and Charlevoix.

The space
Upon entering you will take note of the many updates to this open concept cabin that features 2 bedrooms, a loft with 3rd bed, and 2 full bathrooms. New living room furniture, loft mattress & bed frame as of late summer. The fully functioning kitchen includes a range, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The living space boasts vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fire place (we supply the wood) with plenty of seating perfect for entertaining. Rest assured, you will sleep well in one of our two king sized beds with 2 inch gel toppers. And fortunately for those travelling with larger parties, there is an extra sleeping area in our loft with a full size bed. **No Washer and Dryer at property**

Note: In the winter it is highly recommended that you have an AWD or 4x4 vehicle due to rapid accumulating snow and the steeper than normal driveway. The association maintains the driveway and street but during winter, the snow does accumulate extremely fast.

There is parking available in the driveway. Keep in mind, there are many steps to access the entry of the condo and this may not be for everyone. There is also an ductless AC unit in the main living area and extra fans throughout all bedrooms to help with climate control. **Please note that there are 2 flights of stairs to access the cabin with 1 railing in most areas.**

1. The Kliffendorf neighborhood outdoor heated pool (Memorial thru Labor Day) as well as parking for trailers, boats, etc. These are both only a short 5 minute walk.
2. Heated indoor pool and hot tub at Schuss Mountain Lodge which is located < 1 mile from the cabin.
3. Heated outdoor pool (Memorial thru Labor Day), and heated indoor pool and hot tub at Lakeview Hotel. This is located about 10 minutes from the cabin.

1. Shanty Town which is right outside of the Lakeview Hotel and includes restaurants and the Shanty Bar.
2. Golf at 1 of the 5 golf courses - The Legend, Cedar River, Schuss Mountain, Summit, or Hawks Eye. There is also the Chief Golf Course that is located just outside of the Shanty Creek properties.
3. Topgolf Game Suite which also includes other games and sports. This is located at Cedar River.
4. Hiking trails.
5. Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
6. Down hill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and alpine tubing.

Staying with us means that you are also in the heart of Northern Michigan! From the Cabin you are near many wineries and within an hour to the famous Old Mission Peninsula and Leelanau Peninsula. You'll only be 35 minutes from Turtle Creek Casino and an hour from Odawa Casino. Take a day to explore the unique towns nearby. Less than an hour away you'll find Alden, Elk Rapids, Traverse City, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. Other trips that are about 1 1/2 hours away include Mackinac Island and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The possibilities are endless!
