Sleeps 6 across two king-bed rooms and one with twin queens, each with ensuite bath and walk-in closet. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto tropical greenery. Residents share a 25m saltwater rooftop infinity pool and gym. 7 minutes to the beach, 12 to 5th Avenue. Hosted by Dan & Mariana.

🌀 Hurricane season: June – November. Brief power or water interruptions are rare but possible during storms.
