Comfortable and cozy complete house for 9 people, air conditioning in each room, private pool, less than 5 min. of the beach. Master bedroom w / bathroom, TV / cable and king size bed. 2 bedrooms share the second bathroom. Third bathroom in the pool area. Towels, paper, soap and shampoo / conditioner are provided. Equipped kitchen, living room with TV / cable. Hammocks, grill (utensils are provided). The house is located in a totally safe residential area. Wifi available.

The space
The house was built around the year 2000; we have just acquired it and have been working on the remodeling and maintenance. There are still some details to fix, however, it is a beautiful house, well built, spacious, comfortable and fully functional. In addition to the king size bed in the main room, there is a semi-double bed and an imperial bed in the second room, and four imperial beds (two bunk beds) in the third. Each bedroom has its own split A / C w / remote control. We love the pool area where we have built a wooden deck, there you will find 4 ideal hammocks for a relaxed afternoon, in a place where it is always summer. We also have a Jacuzzi, a shower on the deck and a grill.

Guest access
It is very easy to get to the Villas, however, it can only be accessed by land, by vehicle, since there is no public transport to the area. The house has parking for two vehicles.
The beach is less than five minutes away; It is possible to walk, however, the Villas have their own secure parking lot, from which you only have to walk a block and a half.
In case you do not have your own vehicle or prefer to be taken, we offer transportation from the airport or your residence to our house for additional cost. Transportation is for a maximum of 5 people and we must check availability. The fee will depend on the location where you are. Access to the beach can be on foot or by vehicle, for which there is nearby parking, at no additional cost.

The residential area is completely safe, with a guardhouse and 24-hour surveillance. The beach is less than five minutes away; it is possible to walk, however, the Villas have their own secure parking, from which you only have to walk a block and a half. The area in general is quiet as it is at the end of the hotel zone, away from the village. There are convenience stores just minutes away, and the Hotel Soleil is a good option for dining out. In low season, the hotel offers home delivery to the Villas.
