Seventeen home welcomes you in an oasis of relaxation where every detail is taken care of with passion to ensure an unparalleled stay.
At the entrance you will find a large living room complete with air conditioning, table, chairs and Smart TV to relax.
On the left you will find the first room with two beds one and a half beds plus a single bed with comfortable 20cm tall mattresses and very soft memory foam pillows suitable for a good rest.
On the right of the living room you will find the entrance to the bedroom with a double French bed, this is also with a memory mattress with soft sheets and memory foam pillows
and finally a large wardrobe complete with hangers for your clothes.
In front of the bedroom, there is L access to the kitchen complete with all the latest appliances:
fridge, washing machine (to be used for free), microwave coffee maker kettle, and a full induction cooktop with all cooking utensils.
After the kitchen, there is access to the bathroom where you will find all the toilets,a large shower to relax and fluffy towels.
Seventeen home and equipped with all the comforts such as super fast Wi-Fi present throughout the structure,air conditioning, 48-inch flat screen TV,iron and bedding.
The apartment measures 55 square meters. Renovated in October 2024.
