-Kindly wash all utensils after use and return items to their original place.
-For excessive mess or unreasonable dirtiness, a minimum cleaning fee of RM200 may apply and may be reported to Airbnb.

-Strictly no smoking in the homestay.
-Smoking smell or cigarette butts found will incur a RM500 penalty.

3️⃣ No Pets
-Pets are not allowed.

4️⃣ Rubbish Disposal
-All rubbish must be properly packed and disposed of in the garbage bin outside the gate.
