Our home is within city of Baguio:
15-16 mins walk to Burnham park (3-4 min drive)
10 minutes walk to town (Legarda) (2 mins drive)

Located on the third floor of the building (no elevator). Not PWD friendly.

Pet friendly with fee.

Along the road, accessible to taxis.

Free parking (one slot) in our basement (guarded and with cctv).
