The space
Completely remodeled three story home in Seven Bays. Bring your boat, kayak, paddle board, or other water toys to explore this gorgeous part of NE Washington. After a day on the water or down at the sandy beach, relax in your fully equipped vacation home. This home is perfect for two families or one large family, kids have the downstairs bunkroom with arcade games, books and board games, the kitchen is fully stocked with a double oven and air fryer, two BBQ if you want to be outside, covered porch with a tv and lounge area with custom fire table, bar to see the view and eat, a full dining table w/ fire feature for outdoor meals all while overlooking the lake.
MASTER BEDROOM DETAILS
The master bedroom is a full master suite on the top floor of the home. It has the best views of Lake Roosevelt and comes with a king bed and two armchairs and footstool to relax. There is a big dresser to put your clothes in along with two side tables if you need extra storage. The king bed is incredibly cozy with first class linens & mattress topper. With an en suite, flatscreen tv, and plenty of space, you may never want to leave this room. The master bathroom has a tub with a shower, this is where you will find all of the beach towels, extra pillows & blankets. There is an electric fireplace for wintertime just for some extra coziness. The decor is Zen meet relaxing lake vibes.
LIVING ROOM
Our main living area has views of the lake and plenty of room for family and friends to hang out and relax. With an open floor plan, everyone in the house will enjoy being in this space, whether they are working in the kitchen, sitting at the 7-person dining table, or the 3-person bar behind the couch, or lounging on the couch and chairs in the living room. An assortment of games is also provided for off-time family entertainment under the coffee table.
KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully equipped with stove, double oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee makers (Keurig and traditional), toaster, and blender, as well as chef quality pots and pans.
BEDROOM 2
Bedroom two features a super comfy queen size bed and beautiful yellow & blue lake decor. It's perfect for a second couple or additional family members. This bedroom is on the main floor next to the living room. There is a half bath right down the hall, has a full closet to hang your clothes and a small desk with a mirror great for working on your computer or putting on your makeup and doing your hair.
BUNKROOM
This is the daylight basement with custom bunk beds. The bottom bunks are full size, and the top bunks are twins. We do have a futon that can be pulled out to sleep on as well. The bunkroom has a full bathroom with shower. There are arcade games, books and board games on the shelves with a TV.
COVERED DECK
This is one of our favorite places to hangout in every season. You will not want to miss sitting here watching the sun set over the lake, while sipping on your favorite drink, BBQ going after a long day on the water. We have a full living room out here with TV, couches & two chairs with a custom fire pit, a bar to sit at and eat that seats 4, a dining table that has 6 chairs and a fire feature, a BBQ and sunshades for those hot days.
COVERED PATIO
The covered patio has a hot tub, rocking chairs, Blackstone and ice maker, cornhole and a huge connect 4 game, along with some bar games. This is a great place to unwind!
