Right in front of the property is the tranquil Seto Inland Sea.From the balcony, you can fully enjoy the breathtaking sunset as it descends into the sea in the evening and the sparkling sunrise in the morning.

There are two bedrooms upstairs.Each room is equipped with 2 double beds and a set of futons, allowing you to relax and unwind in comfort.
We also provide a washing machine with a convenient dryer, making it ideal for extended stays.

We have 3 designated parking spaces in front of the entrance for your convenience.
Guest access
Feel free to use everything in the main building. Stopping by the next building, the staff management warehouse, is prohibited.
In addition, it is self check-in with a tablet terminal installed at the entrance, so you can check in smoothly to the room.
There is no face-to-face key exchange.
Since it is self check-in, we will send you a pre-check-in information entry form after the booking is confirmed. Please be sure to check it. The Hotel Business Act requires us to register a guest list. Please be sure to fill it out.
After check-in is complete, the PIN number for the room will be displayed on the tablet. Please take a photo or note so you don't forget. When you enter the room, there is a house manual on the dining table.

Other things to note
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we ask for your cooperation in strictly adhering to the following rules.
1. Check-in/Check-out
Check in time is 16: 00 and Check out time is 11: 00.Please strictly observe the time.
As this facility is unattended, we do not provide luggage reception or storage services.
2. Strictly prohibited (additional charges will apply in the event of a violation)
No smoking (including e-cigarettes) indoors or anywhere on the property.
If a violation is confirmed, we will charge a special cleaning fee.
3. Supplies, equipment, and damage compensation
If you take any furnishings home without permission, we will charge you the actual cost.
Please be sure to report any damage or lost items promptly.
We will charge you for the repair or replacement cost.
4. Pool Access
Please refrain from putting foreign objects in the pool or damaging the facilities or equipment.
If any damage occurs, we will charge you for the repair costs.
5. Special cleaning / closure
If special cleaning is required due to significant soiling caused by the guest's actions (such as vomit or smoking), an additional fee will be charged.
In addition, if business operations are suspended due to the guest's actions, the guest will be charged the full amount of the accommodation fee and repair/maintenance costs for the period during which business operations were suspended.
6. Pets are strictly prohibited.
If we discover that you have violated the rules, we will charge you an additional fee equal to three times the accommodation fee, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
7. Fireworks and open flames
Please refrain from using fireworks on the property and from using charcoal grills brought by guests for BBQs.
7. Loungewear and pajamas are not provided, so please bring your own.
8. Forgotten items will be disposed of after one week.
