When you enter the villa, you will find a large kitchen and a living and dining room. On the right side there is 1 bathroom, a dressing room, 2 sinks, and 1 toilet. When you open the door under the stairs, there is a washing machine and dryer.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet on the 2nd floor.
The living room window provides access to the barbecue deck and pool on the first floor terrace. It's easy to carry things from the kitchen to the barbecue deck and to the pool.
We add blankets to the bedding in winter, so you can have a comfortable stay even on cold nights.
Guest access
Feel free to use everything in the main building. Stopping by the next building, the staff management warehouse, is prohibited.
In addition, it is self check-in with a tablet terminal installed at the entrance, so you can check in smoothly to the room.
There is no face-to-face key exchange.
Since it is self check-in, we will send you a pre-check-in information entry form after the booking is confirmed. Please be sure to check it. The Hotel Business Act requires us to register a guest list. Please be sure to fill it out.
After check-in is complete, the PIN number for the room will be displayed on the tablet. Please take a photo or note so you don't forget. When you enter the room, there is a house manual on the dining table.

[For foreigners]
If you would like to rent a car in Japan, you will need your passport and "International Driving Permit".
[Nearest station] 4 minutes by car from Sanuki Tsuda Station. 23 min walk.
[Parking Information] Please use the free parking space in front of the entrance.
Facilities: The pool is not a heated pool.
・ Please bring your own food and condiments.
・ Because it is an unmanned hotel, we do not accept luggage.
・ Amenities are only available for the number of people.
・ The facility is right in front of the sea, but it is across the road, so pedestrians and cars pass by. Please be sure to wear a swimsuit when using the pool.
* The pool is not heated.
・ Strictly observe check-in and check-out times
Check-in time is from 4 pm.
Check-out time: before 11:00
Please be sure to contact us in advance if you have any requests, such as wanting to come early or leave a little late.
Please be sure to consult with us in advance, as we will not be able to respond to requests for extended check-outs in the case of replacement cleaning.
If you do not contact us in advance and do not strictly adhere to the time, we will charge extra fees.
- No pets allowed. If we find out that you brought one in, we will charge you an additional fee of 3 times the accommodation fee.
- Please refrain from speaking loudly
Please do not make any noise after 9 pm as it is a quiet area with houses around it.
If there is a complaint from a neighbor, we will report it to the police or you will be asked to leave immediately. Please refrain from staying at the facility in the middle of the night, and we will not be able to provide a refund in that case. Please understand.
- No shoes
Please take off your shoes at the door.
・ Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet.

Kitchen
You don't need to wash the dishes. You can leave them in the sink.
Dishes and cooking utensils are available, but food items such as condiments and oil are not provided for hygienic reasons. Please bring your own.
・ No illegal dumping
Littering cigarette butts and garbage on the premises is prohibited.
- Number of guests
Please declare the correct number of guests and do not use more bedding or towels than the number of guests.
If there is evidence of more than the number of people staying, an additional fee of ¥8,000 per person per night will be charged.
・ Amenities such as toothbrushes, combs, cotton sets, shavers, and body sponges are provided only for the number of guests, regardless of the number of nights. If you would like to use additional amenities, please contact us between 9 am and 5 pm during the day.
・ We do not provide room clothes or pajamas, so please bring your own.
The towels in the room are for use during your stay. If you lose them, we will charge you the actual cost.
- Tobacco
Smoking is not allowed in the property, indoors or on the premises.
If there is a smell of tobacco or anything else, we will charge a special cleaning fee.
Check-out
Taking home supplies is subject to a fee.
Please note that forgotten items will be disposed of after 1 week.
Please be sure to report any damage to the equipment, as you will be charged for it.
・ Purpose of use
This facility is mainly provided for accommodation purposes. Please refrain from disturbing the neighbors and from any behavior that is considered a violation of morals or manners.
・ About putting foreign objects into the pool: Please use the pool properly and do not put foreign objects into the pool, damage the equipment, or break anything.
If you violate this, there may be an additional charge.
* The pool is open year-round.
・ Compensation for damages due to suspension of business:
If the facility is temporarily suspended due to a guest's actions, we may charge all or part of the accommodation and reservation fees during the suspension period.
If repair and maintenance costs are incurred to resume business, we may charge the guest for related costs.
・ If special cleaning is required after you leave the room due to vomit or smoking, which is prohibited in the facility, we will charge you an additional fee.
Cases that are subject to this: smoking, soiling the sofa or bedding, soiling the pool, soiling to the extent that the next guest cannot stay, requiring repairs to furniture or the building, damage or removal of equipment, bringing in pets
