The space
Welcome to Serenity Chalet! Beautifully refreshed top to bottom, we invite you to enjoy our cozy, peaceful and well-appointed vacation home conveniently accessible from the tri-state area and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton airport. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, loft, sunroom and media/game room set within 2200 sq. feet, there is ample space to relax and enjoy a memorable getaway in the community recognized as having the most "vacation like feel” in the Pocono mountains where “all you have to bring is your love of everything”!
Our three story chalet is situated on a secluded wooded double lot, where you can enjoy the fire pit, gathering on the large, enclosed deck to grill or enjoy the fire table while taking in the scenery and watching the deer go by. The lakes, beaches, private LLV ski and sledding hills are minutes from the house.
Our Gold Star community is close to all local attractions, including Kalahari, water parks, golfing, casinos, hiking, biking, fishing, boating, shopping outlets, spas, wineries, horseback riding, white water rafting, museums, skiing, snow boarding and tubing, a reindeer farm, Brady Lake, Tobyhanna State Park, Hickory Run State Park, Seven Tubs, Delaware Water Gap, Jim Thorpe, Lehigh Gorge, Pocono Raceway, Bushkill Falls (the "Niagara" of PA) and more.
If you’re feeling sporty, we offer 4 bikes and helmets, equipment for tennis, pickle ball, basketball, corn hole and more. There are life jackets and two inflatable paddle boards, and one inflatable kayak to borrow (seasonal) as well as gear for the beach. Anglers take note, the lakes were restocked with trout for the fishing season opening April 4, 2026.
Dogs are family too - we welcome clean and well mannered dogs with a spacious enclosed deck, a large, high quality crate, beds, metal bowls, waste bags, paw towels, and more. Plus there are dog-friendly sections to sniff and swim at two of the lakes! Extra blankets are provided to cover the furniture. Pet fee applies.

Cozy seating area with gas fireplace and bar cabinet, expandable dining table with additional seating.
> Main floor Bedroom 1: Queen size bed.
> Main floor Bedroom 2: Two twin beds.
> Full Bathroom: Shower / tub. Linen closet with first aid kit.
> Sunroom: Adjacent to the kitchen and dining room, light-filled space with 55 inch Roku TV, entertainment center with games and books, sleeper sofa, large dog crate, sliders to rear balcony with herb garden, and front enclosed deck with grill, etc.
>Front enclosed deck: Spacious, gated deck with fire table, propane grill, umbrella, elevated dog bed, and table for dining al fresco.

> Top floor:
Loft: Inviting lounge to enjoy the record player, a book or a good cup of coffee while taking in the view through the skylight or expansive chalet windows. You will also find a desk for working or learning remotely.
> Bedroom & Bathroom: Wrought iron King bed, uncovered skylight and slider to small balcony with seating overlooking the backyard. Ensuite full bathroom includes skylight, shower/tub.

Your reservation will include temporary membership in LLV, registration required. This provides access to the community and its amenities. Wristbands will be provided and should be worn while using the amenities. Lost wristbands are $50 each to replace & will be billed to guest. Separate registration is required for day passes if you have others visit, fees include $10 per vehicle and $5 per person over 12 (daytime guest total of 15 per Township permit limits).
By booking, guests agree that they will be responsible to pay any fines or fees they receive, or charged to Host by HOA for their community violations such as noise, traffic or parking tickets, etc. Guests assume all risk and liability during their stay and their use of community amenities, host property & provided equipment.
Guest access
The entire chalet is yours to enjoy during your stay except for the locked owner’s closets.
We ask that you treat our home & belongings with respect and leave things as you found them, thank you!
Other things to note
Our home is in a wooded area where you should expect there to be wildlife, critters and spiders/bugs, as well as falling leaves or snow & ice depending on the season.
Guests assume all risk and liability during their stay and their use of community amenities, host property & provided equipment.
Limits on any amenities that are outside the host's control will not be grounds for refunds.
