This beautifully remodeled 1,845 sq. ft. Bayfront condo, with a private entrance, is located on amazing Okaloosa Island and is perfect for small families and couples’ getaways. Escape from the pressures of life for a while and enjoy the beach life! This warm, welcoming living space offers plenty of those vacation vibes you’ve been dreaming of.

The space
The Master bedroom features a king size bed (sleeps 2) with an attached full bathroom (stand in shower).

The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed (sleeps 2) with an attached full bathroom (stand in shower).

There is a brand new sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2) There are balconies off the master bedroom and living room for your enjoyment. Watch boat traffic and even dolphins from your balcony.

Palm Court Yacht Club is a primarily residential complex.

Fully equipped kitchen. Community charcoal grill onsite for guest use.

Our unit does not include access to the boat slips. It also does not include boat/trailer parking

We have a box with beach supplies for guest use

Beach access is within walking distance via a boardwalk or a very quick drive

For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

Okaloosa Island in Fort-Walton Beach is minutes from Destin (approximately 7 miles) and a short 15-20 minutes from Fort-Walton Airport (VPS), where Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, and American airlines fly daily!

This condo is also conveniently located near the Destin/Fort Walton Beach Convention Center, Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier & Boardwalk, The Air Force Armament Museum, Eglin Air Force & Hulburt Bases, and more!

House Rules:
- Check-in starts at 4 pm.
- Check-out is at 10 am.
- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents. Quiet hours are also strictly enforced as this complex is primarily residential.
- There are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed.
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
-Absolutely NO parties or gatherings of any kind.
-A Signed Rental Agreement is Required on ALL Bookings. It will be emailed Separately to You.
-Maximum occupancy is 6 guests and is strictly enforced
-Property is under 24/7 camera surveillance

Other things to note
A signed rental agreement as well as a copy or picture of your drivers license is required with every booking. You must be 25 or older to rent this unit.
