Serene get-a-way on lake front property. Shadow Lake Preserve is our view from the house. Let your cares melt away in this quiet fully furnished setting. This is our personal home divided into 4 distinct and complete units. We live below in the 4th unit.

Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away. Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain skiing is 69 mins away.
Convenient to Maple Valley, 5-mins to Hwy 18.

The space
The uniqueness of this space is the opportunity to be connected to nature. Even boats to use for paddling or fishing.

This unit was gutted and remodeled to a wonderful comfortable, cozy yet modern living space. The home itself, our personal live-in home and a quadraplex, is like a time capsule when construction was heavy duty. We have a brand new MiniSplit system for heat and air conditioning!

Guest access
Guests have full access to a patio with BBQ, the water and the shared dock with three different boats for fishing or cruising on the lake.

Free parking available at the front of the house.

Other things to note
We're so excited about this new adventure (since 2018) to share this gorgeous property with others and hear the stories of their amazing walk in this world if they like or leave them to their privacy.

Across the lake is the Shadow Lake Preserve. It has only wildlife to view. You are invited to walk the trails and pick up brochures of the little trek.
