• Airbnb booking is set for up to 26 guests
• Additional charge applies after 26 guests: ₱500 per head
• Please declare the exact number of guests prior to arrival
• Undeclared or excess guests are not allowed without prior approval

Main House (3 Bedrooms)
• Each room with 1 queen bed
• Extra foam at Bedroom 2 and 3 to cater up to 26 guests
Barkada Room
• 3 bunk units with queen + double bed
• 2 bunk units with 2 single beds
Attic Area for up to 30 guests only
• 2 queen foams
• 1 double foam
Notes:
• Due to warmer temperatures during summer, the attic is best used at night
• Attic access will only be prepared for groups exceeding 26 guests and must be declared in advance
• Bath towels and toiletries are not provided

• No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
• Children must always be supervised
• No running around the pool area

• Avoid overloading outlets

• Karaoke and billiards are available for guest use
• Karaoke, loud music, and excessive noise are allowed only until 12:00 midnight

HOUSE RULES:
• No illegal activities
• No smoking inside rooms, designated areas only
• No vandalism or damage to property
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval, must wear diapers at all times, and are permitted in outdoor areas only
• Quiet time is strictly observed after 12:00 midnight
• No loud music, karaoke, or excessive noise beyond 12:00 midnight
• Please do not move or rearrange any furniture, fixtures, or prepared setup without prior approval
• Clean as you go is strictly observed throughout your stay
• A ₱2,000 security deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after inspection upon check-out, subject to any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning needs, or unpaid charges
• If the property is left with excessive mess or requires cleaning beyond standard cleaning, an additional ₱1,000 cleaning fee will be charged

Standard Event Rates
includes 6 lifetime tables and 50 chairs
• ₱2,000 for 30 to 50 pax, basic visitors/event use
• ₱3,000 for 51 to 100 pax
• ₱10,000 for 101 to 200 pax
Important Notes:
• Event fees are charged on top of the accommodation package
• Tables and chairs will be prepared by staff
• Styling, setup, and decorations are to be handled by the client or coordinator
• All event music, karaoke, and loud activities must end by 12:00 midnight
• Furniture and venue setup must not be moved or rearranged without prior approval
