The space
The guest house is the smaller building of an old farm. It has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a small patio.
There is parking space in the yard and plenty of sheltered space to keep bicycles, a stroller or similar.
There is natural gas powered central heating, but if you want, you can use the fireplace (after some instructions from us).
Pets are welcome, if they get along well with other animals (we have 2 dogs and 2 cats).
There is plenty of space in the front and back yards for relaxing, for sports or for grilling.
There is a reliable internet connection with a decent speed (30/10 Mbit/s). The WiFi covers the whole house and most of the yard.
We live in the main house of the farm, so you will share the yard with us.

Both bedrooms have beds for 2 people, the inside one a double bed and the outside one has 2 single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table for four, an oven, a stovetop, microwave oven, fridge, kettle and pots.
Washing machine, hairdryer, iron, portable fan, high chair, hammock and bicycles is also available. However, since these are stored separately, they must be requested.
There is also a dining table for four people and a rocking bed for two people on the private terrace.

Approx. 3km away, in Bordány, there are more small grocery stores, a restaurant, a pharmacy, a post office and much more (a bike road also leads there).
Szeged (3rd biggest city in Hungary with 160.000 residents) can be reached in around 25 minutes by car. There is also a bus service and a bike road to Szeged. Depending on the time of day, buses depart every 30-90 minutes. The bus stop is a 5-10 minute walk from the house.
Around half way to Szeged, you can find the Sziksós-tó (Sziksós lake), where you can go fishing or swimming.
Mórahalom (small town with around 6000 residents) is also approx. 20-25 minutes by car. It is known for its water park, a horse-theatre and a monthly fair and market.
