Centrally located in downtown Waseca, Minnesota, this minimally designed space with an influx of natural light surrounding is within walking distance to everything Waseca has to offer.
Just over 2,500 square feet, Second Story offers modern + bold indoor space meets rooftop experience.

Other things to note
The 1500 sq foot layout is intended to provide an experience unique to each guest.
It offers space to connect through activity and conversation....from building vision boards, mixology labs, or a retreat to ignite inspiration.
The open floor plan allows for easy movement and interaction in different areas of the space and seamlessly connects the rooftop + living space creating an airy feel with unobstructed views.
If you are into a little more privacy, the glass barn doors shed for a more intimate feel, allowing guests to have their own space.
The Murphy beds were created with functionality + plush necessity in mind.
Not everybody wants to share a bedroom full of besties, cousins, bridesmaids, or workshop attendees, but if you do there’s comfortable accommodations for 10.
Here are some other things to make note of:
- Due to the glass barn doors that separate the 2 ends of the loft, there are "technically" 2 bedrooms. One Murphy bed and the queen-sized pull-out couch are on one end; the other Murphy bed is located in the kitchen + dining area. There is a bathroom for each of the 2 areas.
-We have a steamer available, if needed.
- Our grill is a Charcoal Weber grill that includes lighter fluid/lighter/charcoal for your use on the Rooftop
- We have room darkening shades in the West Wing sleeping quarters only. There are no shades on the East Side where 1 of the Murphy beds is, due to the fact that it's near the garage door which opens to the Rooftop space.
- There is an Audio Pro C3 speaker system
- There are 2 x 50" Smart TV's with free live TV
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR 4+ GUESTS:
- There are 2 x Queen-sized Murphy beds and one pull-out couch
- Besides that, we have 2 x inflatable air mattresses that can be easily set up, if you need them
