You’re close to everything here — a quick walk or ride to the beach, easy access to Gulf Place, and just enough tucked-away feel to actually relax. Best of both worlds, no effort required.
Inside, it’s bright, open, and made for real life. Coffee in the morning, beach by midday, and back home for snacks, showers, and “what are we doing tonight?”

BOOKING POLICY
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living spaces, the game room, balcony, and private driveway parking for 2 to 3 vehicles (depending on size).
On the day of your arrival, we’ll send simple check-in instructions and entry details so you can arrive and settle in with ease.

🚗 Ruby the Golf Cart -- Included
Meet Ruby, your complimentary 6-seater golf cart for exploring 30A in effortless beach style.
A rental waiver will be sent via Airbnb 7 days prior to check-in. Guests must be 25+ with a valid driver's license and active auto insurance in order to drive the golf cart.
**Note on parking Ruby: 🚨 (Walton County Rules)**
Low Speed Vehicles like Ruby must follow the same parking laws as cars in Walton County.
They may park anywhere a vehicle can legally park (streets, public beach accesses, parking lots), but must follow all marked parking rules.
Violations that commonly receive tickets include:
• Parking outside of marked spaces
• Double parking
• Parking on sidewalks, grass, or landscaping
• Blocking driveways or traffic lanes
****The golf cart must be fully inside a marked parking space and not double-parked.****
Walton County strictly enforces parking and tickets are common. Guests are responsible for any citations or towing during their stay.
*Additional Notes: Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays. If your stay includes Sunday or Wednesday evening, please place the trash bins at the curb that night for collection the following morning.
A $50 fee may be charged if the bins are not put out, as missed pickups can leave the next guests without adequate space for their trash.
