The space
Hello!

This house is cozy and very close to the beach! The unit is on the second floor the first floor is storage only accessed when the house is not rented you will have complete privacy.


The property is a 2 bedroom, one bathroom with a king bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the *second bedroom* we can also put the two twin mattresses together with a mattress topper to make another king bed ****

*NOTE: please let us know when you book the bed configuration you would like for the second bedroom.*

We also supply a twin roll out bed (let us know before check-in if you would like us to set it out) and there’s a comfy couch. Large outside deck and patio area with picnic table.

This is a beautiful newly remodeled home completed April 2019 . Very Quiet street and neighbors. Good for relaxing!

Hear the Ocean in the evening from the large new deck BBQ with friends and family (Occupancy not to exceed 6 guests including children at any time please, this includes day visitors. NO large groups will be permitted not a party house please)

This home is only a couple short blocks to the beach. We provide a rolling cooler as well as a beach cart/ wagon.

This property DOES NOT have a washer or dryer but has just about anything you may need on your vacation.
