A spacious apartment conveniently situated very close to the centre but located in a tranquil neighbourhood. We have a lovely cafe directly opposite that serve eat in or takeaway meals and drinks .

Lift access to our apartment .
There is on street parking outside of the property. The best place to park your car is anywhere outside the front of the building on Rua sra do loreto or anywhere along that street . Also behind the back of Maria Gulosa cafe ( opposite the apartment )there is a large carpark. All parking is free .
Pool opening hours are 8am - 9pm

As property owners and license holders, we are required to comply with the conditions of our Alojamento Local. This includes a requirement to record the entry, exit and identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals staying having paid for accommodation.
Therefore we will be asking you to complete a form which MUST be completed prior to your arrival at your accommodation requesting this information. Unfortunately we can not permit access to the property by our paying guests until this information has been provided .
You will receive an email from us two weeks before your arrival date with a link to complete the form for each guest staying at the accommodation, which will securely be sent back to us.
We must have the forms back no later then 7 days before your arrival date.
If you should book within the 2 weeks before your arrival , the information will be requested at the time of booking.
