Front row, 1st floor condo facing the ocean and beach at The Dawn - The Dawn was awarded BEST CONDOMINIUM RENTAL 2023, 2024 and 2025! We are steps from the beach. Restaurants, shopping and pier are just minutes away. Wake up to a beautiful view of the ocean from the private patio or enjoy the two pools and hot tub. This is perfect for couples, friends, families for short or long stays.

The space
Large bedroom with queen adjustable bed and walk-in closet (a rollaway bed is also available, along with a pack n play for children). Living room has a queen sofa bed as well as plenty of extra seating. Flat screen smart TV, along with games for downtime. Stocked kitchen with everything you will need to cook a meal. Full size refrigerator with filtered water and ice in door. Full size washer and dryer, free WiFi. Two fantastic pools with BBQ area on site. Gated parking. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay.

Other things to note
*** Please note there is a $40 parking fee per vehicle payable to the front desk at check in for a 1-3 day stay, over 3 days the fee is $50. This includes pool bands for guests. This fee is collected by The Dawn, not by us. It is not listed in your Airbnb costs, but we didn’t want you to have any hidden surprises *** Office hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Sunday-Tuesday) and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Wednesday-Saturday).
