SEASCAPE DREAMS. A stunning Penthouse Apartment. 2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 people, beautifully decorated, spacious, has spectacular views out to sea and is located in the heart of Surf Town.
Perfect for; adventurous solo surf searchers, relaxing romantic couples and fun filled families.

The space
My home is at the top of 3 flights of stairs - just think of it as free exercise!
The large outdoor terrace balcony is where you will fall in love with the wonders of life near a beach.
Enjoy lounging on the the large terrace balcony overlooking the sea. The modern living room, has a flat screen T.V, free WiFi, and a beautiful, comfortable couch which turns into a gorgeous double bed.
There are two private bedrooms for you to refresh and revitalize sleeping in a comfortable bed, with fresh clean linen, and a beautifully clean bathroom. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is rented as a whole, giving you all the privacy you need .
Feel free to cook all of your own meals in the beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Cooking not your thing? There are many great restaurants nearby. Also nearby are resto bars that play live loud music until late at night - this may or may not be your thing.

The Whole apartment is yours to rent, giving you total, luxurious privacy.
ACCESS TO THE BEACH: Is offered through San Juan Surf Resort. Please proceed straight down through their main walkway, past their reception office and restaurant.
PLEASE NOTE: San Juan Resort amenities, seating areas and garden are for the use of their guests only, unless you are dining at the Coast Call restaurant or Seabuds. Please give way to San Juan Resort guests at all times.

We ask guests to be mindful that they are visiting a province, and although La Union is a very popular tourist spot, it still has poor infrastructure and some of the facilities/services they may be used to elsewhere can be limited at times.
1. Seascape Apartments are a collection of 5 beautiful apartments that are within a shared building with 4 other private residents. With this in mind, we ask all of our guests to be mindful and respectful of the other residents as you enjoy your vacation.
2. Urbiztondo is a small barangay which experiences regular issues with the electricity and water utilities. There are often power outages, and water restrictions from the utility providers which affect our supply. We do not have our own generator, thus, this means that our electrical appliances and water access can also have issues, but we always respond quickly to help you. When we have advance notification from the utility providers, we will inform you, otherwise, please do reach out to us, and we will do all we can to help.
3. Part of the Surf Town experience is being closer to nature. This means that guests should expect mosquitos, ants and other insects. We regularly schedule pest control to reduce mosquitoes, but we recommend all guests to bring repellant, especially if it rains and when going out at night for dinner etc.
4. FREE WIFI is provided in all of our rooms, which is generally fast, however, as the town experiences occasional infrastructure challenges, this can at times be interrupted. When this happens, please do let us know and we will do all we can to help.
We highlight these points because we feel that knowing what to expect helps guests to enjoy the most of their visit. It really is a wonderful place and we truly wish for all of our guests to have the best time.
