☕ Clubhouse & cafe where you can grab a bite to eat at the stylish lounge

🏋️♀️𝐆𝐲𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬 are only accessible by 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 staying three month or longer and have a notarized contract.
🔒 The unit has a few locked cabinets we use for storage of extra toiletries, beddings, etc. Please do not try to open those cabinets. You are free to use the ample amount of unlocked cabinets during your stay.

❗Seascape at Azure North Pampanga is a condo unit, not a hotel. Kindly treat it like your own home.
1. Cooking - We have equipped the unit with all the kitchen appliances you may need during your stay. They are free to use at your disposal but please limit cooking foods that have strong odours (like dried fish).
2. Smoking - Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Please use designated smoking areas. Failure to comply may result in charges by the building admin.
3. Excessive Noise - Please keep excessive noise (ie. karaoke) to a minimal during the noise curfew. Complaints from neighboring units may result in penalty charges from building admin.
4. Parking - Only park in your designated spot. Unauthorized parking can lead to hefty fines.
5. Damages - Although we do not collect a security deposit, you are liable to pay for any damages to the unit during your stay. Please handle with care.
6. Accidents and Liability - Please exercise caution at all times. Seascape at Azure North Pampanga is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur within the unit or building premises. Guests are reliable for their own safety during the entirety of their stay.

This encourages guests to be 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 with their electricity consumption and 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 - 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳𝗳 the air conditioning and lights, 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁 etc.

❗Seascape at Azure North Pampanga is a condo unit, not a hotel. Kindly treat it like your own home.
1. Cooking - We have equipped the unit with all the kitchen appliances you may need during your stay. They are free to use at your disposal but please limit cooking foods that have strong odours (like dried fish).
2. Smoking - Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Please use designated smoking areas. Failure to comply may result in charges by the building admin.
3. Excessive Noise - Please keep excessive noise (ie. karaoke) to a minimal during the noise curfew. Complaints from neighboring units may result in penalty charges from building admin.
4. Parking - Only park in your designated spot. Unauthorized parking can lead to hefty fines.
5. Damages - Although we do not collect a security deposit, you are liable to pay for any damages to the unit during your stay. Please handle with care.
6. Accidents and Liability - Please exercise caution at all times. Seascape at Azure North Pampanga is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur within the unit or building premises. Guests are reliable for their own safety during the entirety of their stay.
