The space
You will have the entire house to yourself to kick off your shoes and relax! The house has:

⭐ 2 dedicated parking spots in front of the property.
⭐ Central air and heat for year-round comfort.
⭐ A fully-equipped kitchen to prepare family meals complete with pots, pans, and a selection of spices.
⭐ Comfortable Living and Dining Areas: Cozy up in the spacious living room and take advantage of our large-screen smart TV. There is access to the private yard from the living room. Enjoy family meals at the dining table and plenty of board games for evening entertainment.
⭐ Two Private Decks: Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine on one of the two decks.
⭐ Private Shed with Beach Supplies: Everything you need for a great day at the beach is right here—beach chairs, beach towels, beach tags, umbrellas, and a wagon to carry it all.
⭐ Enclosed Yard with Outdoor Shower: Rinse off after a fun day at the beach, and let the kids and pet play safely in the enclosed yard. Fire up the Traeger wood-pellet smoker and grill (wood pellets included) for a delicious meal and dine alfresco. It’s the perfect space for making outdoor memories!

⭐ First Floor: powder room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with access to the rear deck and enclosed backyard.

-Bedroom 1: King-size bed, perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep.
-Bedroom 2: King-size bed with a private bathroom and exclusive access to the top deck—your own little retreat.
-Bedroom 3: Full-size bed, and a bunk bed (twin over full), perfect for kids.

Guest access
Easy entry with a keyless smart lock—you will receive a unique code for your stay. For added security, a Ring camera is positioned to monitor the street.

Guests must be 25+ to book and stay. House accommodates 8 and 1 dog.

Must meet the minimum age requirement of 25. Must complete a rental agreement form and include the first and last name of all guests.
