Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Come back from a day on Beadnell’s huge sandy beaches, exploring local castles or eating out at one the local pubs or restaurants. Enjoy the stunning sea views or relax on comfy sofas in the stylishly furnished open plan living area. Enjoy the multi-channel TV and get connected with the super-fast broadband. The cool contemporary décor continues through to the two bedrooms and luxurious bathroom. The kitchen has all you need to turn some fantastic local produce into tasty meals.
The space
The apartment is on the first floor of a block of four flats. In the entrance hall you can hang your coats and leave your sandy shoes before going up to the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen area. There are two double sofas, a coffee table, sideboard, and a dining table with four chairs. There is a large-screen TV and DVD player. The TV has access to all the streaming services such as Netflix, AppleTV if you have an account. Super-fast broadband is available.
There are sliding doors opening on to a small balcony overlooking Harbour Road with views of the sea including the Farne Islands.
There is a well equipped kitchen with newly refurbished with modern units.
From the lounge you can access the twin bedroom and a small vestibule gives access to the double bedroom and modern bathroom with bath, separate rain shower, sink and toilet.

Sea Huts is located on the first floor in a block of four apartments, each with independent access. One of the first things you notice as you enter the living room is the view from the balcony window. Throw open the doors and inhale the invigorating sea air. In front is the remaining fishermen’s hut and beyond them a special little beach, Beadnell Haven, where fishing boats landed for hundreds of years. On the horizon are the Farne Islands and at night you will see the beam from the Longstone Lighthouse. The path in front is part of the Northumberland Coastal Path and you will see some serious walkers pass by enjoying this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You will want to join them and explore Beadnell’s massive beaches and fascinating history or if you want more active fun you can run, hire mountain bikes, play golf, ride horses on the beach or go sailing, sea kayaking, windsurfing, kite-surfing or scuba diving.
Take a boat trip to the Farne Island to meet the seals and puffins or cross the causeway to Holy Island to discover the historic abbey and castle. Just a few miles inland is the bustling market town of Alnwick, with its dramatic castle used as a location for the Harry Potter films, and Alnwick Gardens, a spectacular formal garden, with its Grande Cascade waterfall and restaurant in the largest tree house in Europe. Visit local pubs and restaurants to experience Northumberland’s fantastic seafood and other local produce. The well-stocked village shop is just across the road.
