Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment throughout their stay. Enjoy the private sea-view balcony with outdoor seating and a patio table — perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or evening drinks overlooking the ocean.
You’ll also have use of the sheltered rear courtyard and your own allocated parking space (free of charge) directly behind the building.
For maximum convenience, check-in is flexible and self-service via a secure key lockbox, so you can arrive at a time that suits you — no need to coordinate schedules or rush. Access is simple: enter through the rear car park into a shared internal lobby and staircase leading to the apartment.

We want your stay at Seagull View to be as relaxing and effortless as possible. You’ll find fresh bed linen, soft towels, and complimentary toiletries ready for your arrival, along with a few welcome essentials to help you settle in.
Please note that access to the apartment is via stairs (no lift). The property is located in a peaceful residential area, so we kindly ask guests to respect our quiet hours and our no parties or smoking policy.
While we love animals, we’re sorry — dogs and other pets are not permitted at the apartment, to keep it allergy-friendly and comfortable for everyone.
Out of respect for our neighbours and to maintain a calm environment, we do not accept bookings from single-gender groups (such as stag or hen parties).
