The space
This top-floor corner unit is all about the view and natural light. With a rare wraparound beachfront balcony, you get panoramic Gulf views in multiple directions — sunrise, sunset, and everything in between.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and windows bring the ocean right into the space, creating a bright, open, and airy feel throughout. The indoor-outdoor flow here is next level.
Inside, the layout is modern and spacious with a clean coastal design. The living area opens directly to the balcony, making it the perfect place to relax, gather, and take in the view. It includes a large kitchen, dining table area, and a open concept living room.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, with additional sleeping space with two twin beds, each bedroom with its own full bathroom. Ideal for families or small groups. Comfortable, stylish, and designed to feel effortless.
Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire condo, including the beachfront balcony and all interior spaces. You’ll also have access to the pool, hot tub, and private direct beach access just steps away.
The location is a huge highlight - directly across the street is Pier 33, perfect for grabbing beach essentials, snacks, or coffee from the upstairs café.
You’re also just a 0.6 mile walk to The Hangout and the main public beach area, with wide sidewalks, green space, and plenty of room for kids to bike, run, and play. Everything is easy, walkable, and made for a stress-free stay.
Other things to note
One parking pass is included with your stay and you’ll have a reserved parking spot.
Only one vehicle is allowed per condo unless a second pass is requested in advance ($50 fee). Vehicles without a pass may be towed or booted.
PRIMARY RENTER AGE
Must be 25+ and present for the duration of the stay.
NO SMOKING / NO PARTIES
This is a peaceful, residential building. Smoking and parties are not permitted.
STARTER SUPPLIES
A starter set of essentials is provided (toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, etc.), but I always advise to bring extras :)
*No refunds if amenities are closed/unusable due to maintenance/construction or any other reason.
