This modern, open space features a king bedroom, bunk area, and comfortable living space perfect for relaxing after a beach day. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, and unbeatable West Beach location near The Hangout. Easy, coastal, and exactly what a Gulf Shores getaway should feel like.
The space
This condo is designed around the view. Floor-to-ceiling windows open to a private beachfront balcony where you’re directly on the water - no roads, no distractions, just the Gulf. Morning coffee and sunset views hit different here.
Inside, the space is open, airy, and stylish with a clean coastal design. The living area flows seamlessly into the balcony, creating a bright, relaxed atmosphere throughout.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, with additional sleeping space (bunks - full & twin) ideal for families or small groups. Comfortable, modern, and easy to settle into.
Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire condo, including the beachfront balcony and all interior spaces. You’ll also have access to the pool, hot tub, and private direct beach access just steps away.
The location is a huge highlight - directly across the street is Pier 33, perfect for grabbing beach essentials, snacks, or coffee from the upstairs café.
You’re also just a 0.6 mile walk to The Hangout and the main public beach area, with wide sidewalks, green space, and plenty of room for kids to bike, run, and play. Everything is easy, walkable, and made for a stress-free stay.
Other things to note
One parking pass is included with your stay and you will have a reserved spot.
Only one vehicle is allowed per condo unless a second pass is requested in advance ($50 fee). Vehicles without a pass may be towed or booted.
PRIMARY RENTER AGE
Must be 25+ and present for the duration of the stay.
NO SMOKING / NO PARTIES
This is a peaceful, residential building. Smoking and parties are not permitted.
STARTER SUPPLIES
A starter set of essentials is provided (toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, etc.), but I always advise to bring extras :)
*No refunds if amenities are closed/unusable due to maintenance/construction or any other reason.
