When you wake up in the morning, the window is full of ocean. You can also take a walk along the sea right in front of the house, so we recommend taking a walk to see the sunrise and sunset. You can enjoy the view that will relieve your daily fatigue.
● Excellent access
The facility is a 10-minute drive to the city where restaurants and souvenir shops are concentrated. The remote island terminal is about 12 minutes by car, so it is excellent for those who come by rental car.
● Layout suitable for group trips
With 3 bedrooms, it's perfect for a group trip with 2 households or friends. The 100-square-meter facility is a relaxing place to stay even for group trips.

• Ishigaki Island's sightseeing spots are difficult to access without a car, and the freedom of sightseeing is reduced. Please consider using a rental car.
• The beach right in front of the house is not suitable for swimming. It is a great beach for early morning walks and watching the sunset.

■ About extending check-out time
If you wish to extend your check-out time, please let us know by the day before check-out. However, please note that we cannot extend your stay if the next guest is checking in on the same day. There will be a fee for the extended time.
■ Important Notes

There is no daily cleaning or linen change. If you would like cleaning during your stay, please consult in advance because we can arrange it for a fee.
・ We will provide one set of face towels and bath towels for each guest. A washing machine (free) and washing powder detergent are available at each facility, so please feel free to use them.
Please note that we are unable to provide more linens or beds than listed.
This facility does not have a meal plan.
Guests staying for more than 7 days are asked to replenish their own consumables (toilet paper/tissues/detergents/shampoo, etc.).

[Guest Registration]
Guests will be asked to register the following:
(1) Guest's name, age, gender, address, occupation, and ID
(2) For foreign nationals, nationality, passport number, previous place of stay and destination, and a copy of the passport
(3) Other matters deemed necessary by the facility
No guests other than those registered are allowed to stay. If you stay without permission, we will charge an additional fee.
[Request to customers regarding COVID-19]
We disinfect and ventilate the facility before guests enter, but we cannot take any responsibility for the cause of infection, so please thoroughly prevent infection yourself.
1. Wear a mask, wash your hands, and disinfect your hands in the building
The guest representative is responsible for wearing a mask, avoiding the three Cs, and washing and disinfecting hands thoroughly when going out.
2. Temperature checks, health checks
We ask that you check your temperature and health during your stay. If you experience a fever, cough, or physical weakness during your stay, please contact our staff immediately. If you feel unwell within 3 days of checking out, please contact our staff immediately.
[Room usage time]
Guest rooms are available from 4 pm to 11 am the next day. However, if you are staying for consecutive nights, you can use it all day except for the arrival and departure days.
If you miss your check-out time, you will be charged the following additional fees.
(1) Up to 3 hours overtime, 1/3 of the room rate
(2) Up to 6 hours overtime, 1/2 of the room rate
(3) For more than 6 hours, the full amount of the room rate
[About using the building and rooms]
1. Please check the evacuation route map posted in each room.
2. Please be sure to lock the door when you go out or go to bed.
3. Smoking is not allowed in the building. If smoking is confirmed, we will charge a separate fee equivalent to 2 nights' accommodation.
4. Please do not use fireworks, candles, etc. inside or around the building.
5. Please do not significantly change the current situation, such as moving the equipment in the building without the permission of the facility. In the event of loss or damage to equipment, you will be required to pay the actual cost.
6. Please manage your own cash and valuables during your stay. We are not responsible for any loss.
7. If you make loud noises in the building or guest rooms, cause discomfort or inconvenience to people staying in other rooms or neighbors, or engage in gambling or acts that are offensive to public order and morals, you will be immediately refused service.
8. Please refrain from using the facility if you are a member of a designated criminal organization. (If this fact is found out after booking, we will refuse service at that time.)
9. Accommodation other than the registered person is strictly prohibited. If someone other than the registered guest is staying without permission, we will charge an additional fee.
10. Minors are not allowed to stay without parental permission.
11. The use of the free internet provided is at your own risk. Therefore, we are not responsible for any judgment made by our staff regarding your use, and we are not responsible for any judgment made by our staff regarding your use.
12. Unlike a hotel, there is no cleaning during your stay. If you would like cleaning during your stay, we can arrange it for an additional fee.
13. If more than normal cleaning (additional cleaning due to dirt such as vomit) is required, we may charge you for an extra night.
[Prohibited items and prohibited acts]
(1) Pets such as animals and birds. (Except for service dogs)
(2) Explosives, volatile oils, and other flammable or ignitable substances.
(3) Odorous items.
(4) Guns, swords, and explosives whose possession is prohibited by law.
(5) Gambling, indecent acts, or behavior that may disturb other customers.
(6) Advertising, distribution of promotional materials, sale of goods, solicitation, etc.
(7) Using photos taken at the facility for business purposes without permission.
(8) Using the phone in an inappropriate place, talking loudly, etc., or any other behavior that causes discomfort or annoyance to other customers.
[Ishigaki Island's unique guardian deity and ants]
In Okinawa, geckos are considered "guardian gods that protect the house" and are unique to tropical regions. Therefore, you may see them during your stay, but they do not harm people. Please note that if you leave the window open, they may enter, so please be aware when opening and closing the window.
Small ants are also common on Ishigaki Island. Even in hotels, it is difficult to completely exterminate them, and we regularly arrange for an ant exterminator at this facility, but it is difficult to completely exterminate them.
Please try not to drop sugary sweets, etc., and do not leave them open. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for this.
Cancellations
Cancellations due to■ typhoons
If your flight is canceled, the cancellation fee will be waived as a typhoon cancellation, but only for the day of the cancellation.
For consecutive night reservations, a cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made after the day the airline resumes operation.

Please refer to the following cases.
[Case 01] If the flight on the check-in date is canceled, but the flight is scheduled to operate the next day or later
If the flight is canceled due to a typhoon, we will refund the accommodation fee for the canceled day.
If the plane operates the next day or later, the accommodation fee after that day is non-refundable.
Example: You plan to stay at CORE HOUSE for 3 nights and 4 days. The flight you booked was cancelled, but the flight the next day is operating.
In the above case, the first night's accommodation fee will be refunded, but the accommodation fee for the second night and beyond will not be refunded.

If we make the cancellation fee free for dates other than the canceled flight, it will make operations more difficult.
[Case 02] If all flights to and from the airport are canceled during your stay
If all flights to and from the destination are canceled during your stay, you will receive a full refund.
Example: You plan to stay at CORE HOUSE for 3 nights and 4 days. All flights to and from Ishigaki Island from the first to the third night are canceled.
In the above case, we will provide a full refund.
For the above refund, we'll need you to submit a cancellation certificate.
If you are concerned, we recommend that you take out travel insurance in preparation for typhoons.
