Welcome to Crabby Coconut at Sea Breeze 318 — your cozy and cheerful Gulf Shores getaway! This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the living room.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living space, and everything you need to unwind. Located just across the street from deeded beach access, you’ll be steps from the sand and have access to an on-site pool. Peek out from the breezy open-air hallway for a glimpse of the Gulf, or stroll just over a mile to The Hangout and all the fun downtown.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire condo, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, and the on-site pool. The only exception is the locked owner’s closet, which is not available for guest use.

Other things to note
This unit comes with one reserved parking spot labeled with the unit number. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in unmarked spots.

While there’s no traditional private balcony, the open-air hallway outside the front door has a peekaboo Gulf view and a bit of space to sit and relax — many guests bring fold-out chairs and enjoy their morning coffee or evening breeze out there!

Starter supplies (dish soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, trash bag, etc.) are provided to get you started. Guests typically pick up any additional items needed during their stay.

Checkout is at 10am to allow for same-day turnovers and ensure the condo is ready for incoming guests.
