• For groups of up to 5 guests, only one room will be available — you may choose your preferred room.
• The staircase leading to the second-floor room is steep and may not be suitable for senior guests or those with mobility concerns.
• The owner stays on a separate second-floor area of the property to assist guests when needed and to manage the pool pump and lighting schedule.

Other things to note
Guest Policy – Maximum of 15 guests. Minors under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian; otherwise, the booking will be forfeited.
Respect Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Keep noise levels low to respect neighbors.
No Illegal Activities – Drugs, gambling, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Excessive alcohol consumption is discouraged, especially considering the limited accessibility of medical facilities.
No Smoking Indoors – Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the house, gazebo, and pool area. Violations will result in a ₱1,000 fine per incident.
No Firearms Policy- For the safety and comfort of all guests, firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. Guests found in possession of firearms will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Respect the Property – Treat the property with respect, as you would your own home. Keep the place clean. A ₱500 cleaning fee applies for excessive mess. Guests are responsible for any damages, and an inspection will be conducted in their presence. If disputed, an independent assessment may be requested at the guest’s expense.
Parking – Park only in designated areas. Do not block driveways.
Safety & Security – Secure all doors and windows when leaving. Do not tamper with safety equipment.
🏊 Pool Rules
No lifeguard on duty – Enjoy your swim, but do so safely and at your own risk.
Shower Before Swimming – Rinse off before entering the pool.
No Running, Diving, or Rough Play – Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. The resort is not liable for accidents or injuries.
No Food or Drinks in the Pool – Keeping the pool area clean is mandatory. Violations will result in a ₱500 cleaning fee.
Proper Swimwear Required – No denim, cotton, or inappropriate clothing.
Pool Hours – 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM only. Guests can still swim 24 hours, only the pool pump will be turned off.

Keep It Clean – Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. Follow local recycling guidelines.
Handle Furniture with Care – Dry off before sitting on foam cushions. Guests are responsible for damages.
Cooking Only in Designated Areas – No open flames or cooking inside the house. We kindly ask guests to keep cooking time short and use the kitchen only for light cooking. This includes reheating food, making simple meals, and quick preparations. Please avoid long cooking sessions, such as slow simmering, extended boiling, or meal prep that takes over 30 minutes. This helps keep the kitchen clean, odor-free, and comfortable for everyone.
Appliance & Utility Use – Turn off lights and AC when not in use. Use appliances responsibly. Guests are responsible for damages caused by misuse. Report malfunctions immediately.
🐶 Pet Policy
Pets are allowed, but diapers are required at all times. Pet owners must clean up after their pets. Pets are NOT allowed in the pool. Unattended pets may result in a ₱500 fine. Any pet-related damages will be charged to the guest.
📹 CCTV Policy
CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for security purposes. Cameras are NOT placed in private areas such as restrooms or bedrooms. Tampering with CCTV equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction without refund and a ₱2,000 penalty.
🚫 Violation Consequences
Guests are responsible for any damages. The resort is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in a warning and subsequent termination of stay without refund.
📢 Emergency Procedures
For emergencies, contact the owner or staff. Fire extinguishers are located beside the pre-fab house. Guests must follow staff instructions in case of an emergency.
🔒 Lost or Stolen Items
Guests are responsible for securing their belongings. The resort is NOT liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
