All Taxes, towels, bed linens and cleaning included.
$25 per day pool heat included.

The space
Most of the accommodation is on the ground floor, including: Master suite with walk in shower, tub, his and her vanity units and separate toilet.

Queen room, two twin rooms, family bathroom and shower room with access to the lanai.

We have a folding cot, with bedding, and a high chair suitable for an infant.

Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer with "through the door" ice and filtered water.

Two lounges with plenty of comfortable seating. TV with cable, Amazon Fire TV and DVD player in the large lounge.
TV with Xbox 360 and games in the smaller.

Laundry facilities including large capacity washing machine and separate dryer, Iron and Ironing board.

There is a games room with a 6' slate bed pool table and table football.

Upstairs there is a queen room with private bathroom.

Hampton lakes also has a community tennis court and we have rackets and balls should guests wish to play.

Guest access
The guests have access to the whole house. The price is for the house and is not dependant on the number of occupants, up to ten, plus one infant.

Other things to note
Hampton lakes have some regulations guests may need to be aware of.

No noise after 11pm.

No parking on the grass.

No parking on the road between midnight and 6am.

I’m married to Sharon and have grown up Kids. We live in the North East of England but spend as much time as possible in Florida. We’ve been staying on Hampton Lakes since 2000 when Sharon’s brother Bob bought his first house here. When I retired in 2015 there was only one place for us to buy our dream home. Hampton Lakes. We have been renting our home to guests whilst we were off on our adventures ever since. We’ve been lucky to have some fantastic guests many of whom have returned again and again.
