Secured private entrance to my apartment on first floor and is located centrally close to Bournemouth Coach/Train Station and Bournemouth University Lansdowne with walking access to the sea and beach. You will be staying in Single room in my apartment that has 1 single beds. There is a shared Kitchen with washing machine, oven, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, Fridge, glass, cups, plates, forks, spoons, knives, etc.
Separate shared bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. Gas Central Heating to keep you warm during winter and 24/7 Hot Water. Hi Speed WiFi Internet. There is FREE on street parking- subject to availability. 24/7 CCTV outside the building. Due to guests safety No visitors or others allowed in the apartment except those who have paid and booked. No smoking in or near the apartment, however you can smoke outside - please keep away from the windows. I live on here.
Location: 2 minutes walk to Bournemouth University International Lansdowne, Bus and Train Station, public transport, supermarkets, shopping and restaurants, few mins to East Cliff and Toft Zig Zag which leads to the beach. 2 minutes to Asda, Co-op, LiDl, Italian Pizza, Fish n Chips. Few minutes to Starbucks, Tesco, Aldi, chinese-korean-malaysian-indian restaurants - we are pretty much central.

Bedroom and shared kitchen and shared bathroom. Full access to Kitchen which has an electric cooker/oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, some plates, glasses, and cutlery for cooking your food. Access to the washing machine with fair usage. Room-only basis.
During your stay
Guests are assured full privacy and easy interaction with me whenever required during normal hours. I am easily available but there will be other guests living here in another room.

Really sorry, unable to do early check in or late check out, as we need the time to clean and prepare for our guests.
Some decoration going on, so may have some building materials around.
No smoking.
No illegal substances.

No Parties.
If you smoke weed, etc please do not book. The stench does not help anyone and upsets neighbours.
24/7 CCTV Surveillance Recording outside the building.
Quiet times between 10 PM to 8 AM.
No pets and No guide dogs.
