The space
In the southwest coast of Sardinia, Sant’Antioco is the island in the island. Sa Domu ‘e Su Bentu is there, surrounded by the green of a silent and unspoiled pine grove, inside Peonia Rosa Residence and 12 km from the village that has the same name as the island.

If you like sand, the lovely and rather large Coequaddus beach will definitely become your favourite place on the island.

Sa Domu ‘e su Bentu has got two floors: on the upper floor Serena and her family will welcome you and will be at your disposal to suggest you the best way to enjoy your holidays.
On the ground floor, just in front of the pine grove, there are two apartments:
• Levante (Q5381): a living room with a kitchenette, a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom
• Scirocco (Q5380): a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

Just outside the apartments there is a patio with tables and beach umbrellas, a relax area, hammocks, swing seats and outdoors simple toys for children.
A comfortable outdoor shower will wait for you after your day spent around the island.

Pets are allowed, thus please let us know if you want to bring your furry friend with you so that we will welcome your friend at our best.

Babysitting service is provided on request.

Other things to note
Wi-Fi won’t be part of your holiday due to our choice, as we believe that guests who choose to spend time at our property, could fully enjoy of the peace offered by nature only switching off from every day routine.
At the upper floor, in case of need, you can anyway have a Wi-Fi at your disposal upstairs.

We suggest to come with your own car or to rent one as you arrive in Sardinia (at Elmas Airport for example) as our house is not reachable through public transport.

A final cleaning fee is charged and includes bedding and towels, that will be changed once a week.

As the house in being renovated, both inside and outside, you are likely to find pleasant changes from time to time.
