✓ Winter Driving: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended during snowy months. Roads leading to the home and on Schweitzer Resort can be are steep and often snow-covered.
✓ Parking: The heated garage fits one small vehicle; additional parking is available directly in front of the home.
✓ Cooling: There is no central A/C, but mountain temperatures stay comfortable, and the home includes portable fans and a portable cooling unit in the primary suite.
✓ New Neighborhood: The area is still developing, and occasional light construction may occur nearby—typically limited to daytime hours and warmer seasons.
✓ Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please keep them off furniture and beds, and clean up after them outdoors.
✓ Quiet Hours: 10 PM–7 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
✓ Security: Exterior ring doorbell camera is located at the front and driveway for guest safety and property security.
✓ Hot Tub: Please shower before use, add enhanced shock and replace the cover afterward, and supervise children at all times.
