SCHROON RIVER RETREAT ❤️ Escape to the tranquility of the Schroon River with over 2 acres of private land and over 375 ft of direct Waterfront. We are nestled in the heart of the Adirondacks right off I87. Gore Mountain is a short 25 minute drive and Lake George is about 15 minutes away. Our home is located off a private road in the town of Warrensburg. Our waterfront has no motorized boats so it is perfect for swimming, tubing, kayaking or canoeing and offers great trout fishing.

The space
Our home is a 2 story cabin with a gorgeous knotty pine main living room with a gas fireplace and high ceiling. The master bed is located in the loft with on en-suite with full tub and shower. Downstairs we have 2 bedrooms both with queen beds and a full bath with a stand up shower. The kitchen is a newly remodeled galley kitchen fully stocked. The large dining room has seating for 8 and overlooks the river. We also have the large den area with lots of board games. Our enclosed porch and deck both overlook the water. Outside with have a grill, picnic table and fire pit for you to enjoy. We also have two kayaks and canoe ready available for guests.

Other things to note
No booking will be allowed for under the age of 21, we will require a picture of your government issued ID upon request. The drive in is a private unpaved road. During the winter it’s plowed along with the driveway. It’s a bit bumpy at times.

My biggest passion is creativity. You'll notice in each of our spaces not only did I design/decoratate each home but I also refurbished each piece of furniture I hand picked myself.
