The home has nearly 1,400 sq ft, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, back kitchenette, enclosed front yard, putting green, sunny patio, BBQ, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, workspace, and multiple sleeping areas. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults with no limit on children under 8 years old, 2 pack n' plays included for additional children. Walk to the beach, harbor, restaurants, SUP rentals, and the new esplanade.

The space
Twin Lakes is one of Santa Cruz’s easiest beach neighborhoods: scenic, walkable, and close to the harbor. Walk to Twin Lakes Beach, Crow’s Nest, Java Junction, Café El Palomar, SUP Shack, O’Neill Yacht Charters, and nearby beach paths.

Other things to note
We try to think of ways to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We do resupply beach chairs and toys; however, they get lost quickly, so we recommend you bring anything you need to enhance your trip's enjoyment.

While the house is dog-friendly, the fence has wide posts, so it may not contain smaller dogs. The area is very dog-friendly and the beach is a very short walk away.
